I worked with Gariana. She stayed in contact with me during the day. When I went to pick up my car, I saw a couple of employees looking at it as if there was a problem. It turned out that when they pulled the car out of the service area, the driver hit another car. It was only cosmetic damage, and it was fixed to my satisfaction. The person who caused the damage immediately apologized to me personally, which I appreciated. I did have to wait a bit longer, but the dealership made it right. Scheduling is easy, the service is a bit pricey, but the car has low mileage, and I prefer to use the dealership until I hit 100K miles. More

They kept my car 3 days to reset my drive engine light. I had an appointment and they only looked my car finally because I called 7 times in 1 day. Ultimately nothing was wrong but they tried to price gouge me by offering to change my air cabin filter for almost $100 (a cheap part that takes 5 minutes of labor).
