Fantastic experience from start to finish! My wife and I visited Tucson Subaru on the strong recommendations of several friends. We called ahead and set up an appointment for a test drive with My wife and I visited Tucson Subaru on the strong recommendations of several friends. We called ahead and set up an appointment for a test drive with Ken Murch (who was also recommended). The process was efficient, professional, and very informative. Ken had the exact vehicle that we spoke about on the phone ready to go when we arrived. He walked us through all of the key features before we started the test. He was great to work with throughout the process and was able to answer all of our questions. The test drive was fantastic and very thorough -- we had a chance to get the Subaru Forester out on the highway, up several hills, and down a few of bumpier roads in Tucson. Ken was great to work with, and very enthusiastic about us getting an accurate feel for the car. The entire process was very positive for my wife and I. We had told Ken upfront that we were still considering some competitors. However, there was no pressure at all to close the deal that day. After a few other test drives, were were back at Tucson Subaru. Completing the sale was, again, very positive and efficient. We spoke to Loren Henry briefly to finalize the deal. He was also very efficient and experienced; he gave us the attention and care that we wanted. Completing all of the paperwork with Tim Hanson was a great process; he went through all of our options with us and did a great job explaining all of the benefits. Finally, after the sale was closed, Ken Murch took the time to walk my wife through the setup of all the features of the Subaru. He spent the extra time to get her phone set up and get everything dialed in for her -- he did an amazing job. In short, it was great experience. We are extremely pleased with our new Forester, and equally pleased with the fantastic experience that we had buying a vehicle from Tucson Subaru. We have already recommended them to several friends.
