I had no previous experience with Suburu, and I was wowed by the straightforward approach to selling exhibited by this dealership. I've walked out of a lot of dealerships without buying because nobody would by the straightforward approach to selling exhibited by this dealership. I've walked out of a lot of dealerships without buying because nobody would give me a list price on a specific car. Curt was so easy to work with, and we found the car I bought within just a few minutes of my arrival. He explained all the terms to me clearly and took my deposit, with the understanding that I'd return for the final paperwork and pick up the car after I'd had money transferred into my checking account. The whole transaction took only a little over an hour. When I returned yesterday to pick up and car, Traci walked me through all the paperwork efficiently and explained everything clearly. She answered my questions, and when we were finished, she turned me back over to Curt, who gave me a quick review of all the buttons and features, programmed my gate opener into the car for me, and sent me on my way with a bouquet of roses. I remain amazed at how little time the whole process took and how skilled and efficient both Curt and Traci are--two employees who leave a buyer with the certainty that Suburu is an agency that will offer the kind of reliability and treatment that any buyer hopes for.
