My wife found (on line) a used Toyota Solara with very low miles at Tucson Subaru. She called about it, met with Sal and test drove it. I went in later that day and did the same. I really like the no pressure approach that Sal demonstrated throughout the entire process. Their Finance guy (Tim) was fun to work with as well. After several text messages we found a car that would fit our needs, unfortunately it didn't fit our budget. But Chris did not give up and found another car in our budget that fit us perfectly. When we arrived he had the car ready for us to test drive and we loved it. We then moved on to Tim in finance, he was wonderful and had us driving home in our new car in no time. I am the kind of person who gets very anxious and stressed by the car buying process. I must say though that working with Chris and Tim the process flowed quickly and with no surprises. I can't thank them enough. I am very happy with our purchase and the experience! More
