Did my homework, now we're Subaru owners! We searched soooo many options and dealerships for a quality replacement for our tired, but incredibly dependable Mitsubishi Montero (249,500 miles), We searched soooo many options and dealerships for a quality replacement for our tired, but incredibly dependable Mitsubishi Montero (249,500 miles), but because there isn't a Mitsubishi dealer here in Tucson, that wasn't a consideration. We read many wonderful reviews and watched many amazing videos about the Subaru Forester and compared many different makes and models, but in the end, the no brainer was the Subaru Forester; if only we had started at Tucson Subaru our search would have been over immediately! But the searched revealed much of what we didn't want. The Tucson Subaru dealership is warm and inviting. The staff is helpful and understanding. Bob Wilson was pleasant and fun to work with; his personal experience with owning many Subaru's was calming and reassuring since we had no experience with this amazing vehicle! I'm a practical and analytical person, sometimes to my wife's dismay, but she knows that I try to look far beyond the "Flash-N-Glam" that many people only look for in a new vehicle, yet to our surprise, our new to us 2013 Forester is really a perfect fit for our family including, of course, our dog. We can actually say we really like this dealership, unlike any other and love that it is pet friendly. The very nice room for children with computer games, etc made our experience there with a 6 year old much easier for him and us :) The sales, parts and service departments all provided friendly excellent customer service. We really enjoyed our experience with Bob and the staff at Tucson Subaru, we believe you will too! More

The best buying Experience I have had After purchasing 5 vehicles from 5 different Dealerships in Tucson, I have never encountered the level of service I experienced recently at Tucson Sub After purchasing 5 vehicles from 5 different Dealerships in Tucson, I have never encountered the level of service I experienced recently at Tucson Subaru. I was greeted in a very friendly manner upon arrival and was helped through the entire process with professional courtesy by a very smart, congenial and diligent team. Kevin, my Salesman jumped in and helped me eagerly. I had already shared some of my needs with the very friendly DJ, Sales Manager, and then Kevin began working with me to look at and drive the vehicle. Kevin was very conversational and asked appropriate questions to evaluate my needs and wants for a vehicle. He was extremely patient and understanding with my young car enthusiast son and answered all his questions about the vehicle we were buying as well as the other vehicles in the showroom. The extremely fair and reasonable number negotiation was handled diligently by the teamwork of Kevin and DJ. They coordinated the process to go pretty smoothly. Traci in Finance was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions in a very simple to understand format and wrapped up the process efficiently. The surrounding staff were all very pleasant and welcoming for the entire time my son and I were at the dealership. We were there on a very busy and unpleasantly hot Saturday but the staff created a pleasant and efficient car buying experience nonetheless. This is hands down the BEST experience I have encountered in any of my experiences in Tucson. More

As soon as I walked through the doors I felt at ease. Everyone on the staff was friendly. Kevin was unbelievably amazing in helping me find the right car in my budget. He was honest and very Knowledgeable about the car I purchased (Impreza). He knew I would be driving on the freeway quite a bit and made sure in my test drive that I drove it on the freeway to get the experience. When deciding to purchase the vehicle, Curt made the financing process a breeze! Couldn't believe how quickly I was in and out!. Thank you Subaru, I love my new car! More

We visited the dealership with the intention of purchasing a new vehicle, but ended buying a used 2015 auto with 1200 miles. However, the two gentlemen, Ken who we dealt with in the purchase and Curt who finalized the paper work were extremely helpful and courtious. Because we bought the car during daylight hours, we didn't notice that the audio volume and tuning knobs were unlit. We called Ken on Sunday and he promptly returned our call and gave us a name to call for repair. We had no trouble reaching the person and set up an appointment for the next day. We hope that future dealings will be as pleasant. The facility is accomodating with customers in mind. More

Kevin our sales rep was very knowledgeable and helpful. He took great care of us and am thankful for the experience. Curt our finance manager was able to get us a tremendous deal that beat my credit union! He was very knowledgeable and really put us at ease throughout the entire sales process. It's rare to work with a dealership that actually cares about their customers and wants to ensure the new car they are buying is truly a good fit. Living in Phoenix, there are several Subaru dealerships within a short drive. My husband and I had been given such an amazing recommendation by a friend, so we decided it was worth making the 4 hour round-trip drive to Tucson to pick up our beautiful new STI. Jack and Traci made everything run so smoothly and we can't thank them enough. If this tells you anything, the experience and the car (of course the car!!) were so amazing, this was actually our 2nd purchase within just a couple months. Jack and Traci walked us through both purchases, and despite being first-time Subaru owners, we will definitely see them again for the next one. Thank you both! More
