I first met CJ over 6 months ago at the post office near where I live. CJ saw me approaching my Forester and started some chat about it. At the time I was not looking for a car because I recently purchased one. I do not seem to have much luck with cars and that car burned up. I started to explore options on replacing the car looking at many brands and researching customer reviews on them. I came back to looking at Subaru on the internet, different search modes and started making calls to gain additional info on the cars. I saw a car of interest on Tucson Subaru web page and made a call to CJ because of the short conversation at the post office. Anyhow I now own an Outback and want to recommend CJ because he takes time to talk and does not shoot the breeze. CJ wears the hat of Tucson Subaru on and off the job. great work CJ. More

Got a great deal - even enjoyed the experience Went to look at a Subaru because I needed something to pull a small trailer. Had conversed with Rudy Burneo on the internet once or twice before - he was very knowledgeable and helpful and not at all pushy. We took two cars out on rides around town and settled on the Outback. I was not buying a car - I didn't even take the vehicle I was trading in. Rudy went through everything about the car and about what he could offer. I told him how much I would needed for my trade-in and we were able to get a deal done. Excellent price - 0 percent interest - and by the way he said you can bring your trade-in tomorrow and drop it off. No pain No pushy salesperson stuff like at two other dealerships I had been to in the past month. Traci in finance was just as great. All together it was a great experience - and not my first rodeo - so I know great when I see it. More

When I settled with the insurance company I went right back to CJ for a new 2015. He's a great guy to work with and goes out of his way to help find what you are looking for. He's straight forward; not pushy; not a "used car salesman" kind of guy. And Traci Roberts was also great to work with in the Finance Dept. Everyone was friendly and answered all my questions. I hate buying vehicles, but CJ and Traci made it far less stressful! More

This is in sharp contrast to the 4 other Tucson dealerships that I visited during the week that I bought my Forrester. In fact, I spent about 20 minutes exploring this model on the showroom floor without interference. It was only after I asked the receptionist a question that Steve, a sales rep, appeared. He was very professional, yet informal so I felt at ease and comfortable. He was knowledgeable and provided answers to the many questions I had. He also did nice things like couple my cell phone to Bluetooth, programmed the optional garage door opener and spent time explaining controls and features in the cabin. I've had my Forrester for 10 days and have just over 600 miles on the odometer. Not a long time, I know, but during this time I've discovered things that weren't obvious during my test drive. Among the pleasant surprises were the quiet interior while driving, the pleasant ride, the great handling, and simple dash layout. In comparison to the car I traded, road noise is considerably less, the road bumps are still there but they are soft. Not the sharp, jarring ride of my 2014 sedan. The Forrester handles like a sports car on turns. Not recommended, but I can take "30 mph curves" at 50 mph. There is no drift; it runs like its on rails! Aside from the sound system, there are few controls/buttons on the dash. No hunting among a collection of pretty looking buttons for climate control! A definite plus, in my opinion. In summary, an outstanding dealership with courteous, professional employees, heads above the rest in Tucson ..... offering a great car at a very attractive price.
