Second New Forester/ Same great buying experience I had some damage to the old Forester and it was getting some high miles on the dial. I brought it in for service and while I was waiting I went on th I had some damage to the old Forester and it was getting some high miles on the dial. I brought it in for service and while I was waiting I went on the sales floor to look at the new models. Started a conversation with Steve Willis and asked him to appraise my forester, a 2010 model as a trade in. When he came back with the offer it just didn't make sense not to trade it in. Steve asked me, and listened to what I wanted and within 5 minutes had two new Foresters front and center equipped exactly as I had asked. He took over, got my offer accepted, and I did not have to deal with any other person until I applied for the financing. What a great and helpful sales representative Steve is. I would recommend that you ask for him if you plan on purchasing a new Subaru. He will give you genuine help and guidance in your purchase. NO pressure. What a great experience. This is my second new car from this dealership and I really don't see any reason to go anywhere else. Great car, great service. More

I have purchased two Subaru's so far and plan to purchase my next one in either 2016 or 2017. I would not think of purchasing it from anybody but Trent Nichols, and at Tucson Subaru. In the meantime I know I can contact Trent anytime with any question or concern and he will take care of it immediately. I only wanted to see w My experience with Tucson Subaru started around a year ago when I put an inquiry in originally for a 2014 Subaru WRX Hatchback. I only wanted to see what the possibilities were at the time after using the build your own tool online. I received a phone call and an email from Trent Nichols afterward and explained that it was going to be a while before I actually bought a car, but I was just trying to get familiar with the local dealership since I intended to buy a car from them in the future. Also, my boyfriend had a 2005 Subaru WRX at the time so we knew we would be in the dealership frequently. Trent understood that and did not try to push me into a car payment, which was really nice. Within the last year, my boyfriend came in and bought a 2014 WRX because his used car had problems due to a previous owner. Finally ready to upgrade from my paid off 2008 Nissan Sentra, I had been looking into the 2015 Crosstrek for a while and went to the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted. Trent helped me make sure he could get the car from another dealership and updated me while I waited for it. I went back to pick up my car and dealing with Trent and Tim Hanson in finance went great! Tim keeps everything straight and honest with plenty of humor thrown in, which is surprising when signing financial paperwork. Then Trent took me to my new car and explained all the features of it in great detail which was really nice considering the complexity. Overall, I have had a great experience with Tucson Subaru through two car purchases. And having been to other Subaru dealerships previously, Tucson Subaru is the most committed to providing a great customer experience. More

Excellent My first contact with Tucson Subaru was in 2001 when I brought a Forester that I'd purchased in Massachusetts in for service. The person whom I dealt with then was Dan Ford and his helpfulness and friendliness convinced me that you guys were a great dealership. When it came time to buy a new car, I ended up making first contact with Ken Murch in sales. He too was friendly and helpful and I didn't even look at other brands or dealerships. How could any be better than you guys? I ended up buying a 2015 Outback, with which my wife and I are very pleased. We've dealt with a few other folks there who deserve special mention: Wendy, who in a one minute phone call, diagnosed and solved a steering wheel jam problem I was having with the old Forester (the ignition key was worn) and Matt Price, who handled all the arrangements while the new car was being prepped. My apologies if I have left some one out. I recommend Tucson Subaru unreservedly. More
