I first stopped at another dealer and experienced the typical back and forth, me walking out, sales manager stopping me crap that takes all the fun out of getting a new car. Tucson Subaru was my second stop. WOW! I had completely painless, easy and dare I say fun buying experience. Fernando greeted me and showed me the car I came in to see. I offered what I wanted to pay (and what was a fair price) ...deal done. I had preapproved financing but Tim was able to get me even a better deal! In an hour I was driving my Honda Fit home! I hope to have my car for a long long time but would definitely recommend Tucson Subaru to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Outstanding in every way! The problem is I am not a local of Tuscon. We were there visiting my daughter but now I am so spoiled by the service that I will have to return to Tuscon Subaru the next time I need to buy a car. The team at Tuscon Subaru were terrific and I would recommend them to everyone. Steve was professional and not pushy, smart and funny and made the process a great one from start to finish. Joe had an answer for all of our questions and did not hesitate to do some research for us. My wife and I went back and forth on several models and Joe helped us get the model we wanted and did not try and push us into a vehicle that was on the lot because that was the easier thing to do. Joe also went above and beyond making my family feel comfortable through our multiple trips to the dealership. However, at the end of that day I drove off the lot in my new 2014 Outback, thanks entirely to the excellent work of salesman Curt. McHenry. Curt is knowledgeable, straightforward, honest, and patient. He took a lot of time with me and answered all my questions thoroughly and to my satisfaction. Even though he's personable and enthusiastic, he doesn't push or use high-pressure tactics. I had a complex trade (high value car) and they were able to get me the right price and meet all the requirements to make the deal happen. On delivery, it was fast and efficient, spent little time waiting and was able to drive away with the car I wanted. This is my first Subaru and I love it - have had many high end cars and I was actually surprised at the comfort and equipment that came with the Subaru. Excellent experience. JBT More

When I decided on the car I wanted the rest of the process was absolutely painless. Every time I have purchased a car in the past there was the back and forth, the waiting, the bargaining taking several hours. Not this time, the price was fair, and I was finished in the shortest time I've ever experience. Kevin and everyone else involved in the process were a pleasure to deal with. The car is very good and I am very happy with it. I haven't used the Service Department yet, but I'm expecting them to be just as good. More
