But what continues to impress me the most is the continued support I receive from my salesman Trent Nichols. Typically, you would not expect a car salesman to follow through long after the paperwork is signed. Just move on to the next sale, right? Trent has on a few occasions gone way above and beyond your typical salesman. I had a minor fender bender in a parking lot when a woman backed into me. He helped immediately to get me to the right body shop. Also, he has helped with service needs on more than one occasion! Great salesman and I will definitely go to him next time I am in the market for a car!!!!! More

Best Sales Experience Ever Bought my Forester from Trent Nichols and did so by email from Minnesota with perfect service and 100% satisfactory results. Trent put my son and daug Bought my Forester from Trent Nichols and did so by email from Minnesota with perfect service and 100% satisfactory results. Trent put my son and daughter-in-law in Tucson into two new Subarus (Outback and CrossTrek) and did it with such professionalism that , when I decided to buy, there was no way I was going to go to anyone but Trent. He put the entire package together, getting me exactly the model and color I wanted. He worked directly with my bank, arranged the loan transfer, secured the title, and drove to the airport to pick up my wife and I in our new car. Back at the dealership, his new owner tutorial was first rate. Trent has not only sold our family three Subarus but he inspired my wife as well and she is now driving a new Outback. Trent is not only a honest salesperson, but a great human being. Shortly after delivering two new Subarus to my son and daughter-in-law, he heard about some serious medical problems in their young family. He and his wife made a very generous, unsolicited financial contribution to help them. My only regret is that I expect my Subaru will run for about twenty years so I might not have a chance to buy another one--from Trent, of course. Maybe Subaru will start selling light trucks...
