When it's your turn to do so it can definitely be a nerve wracking experience since not only do you have to choose the right car, but also know what you want out of your dealership and what sort of finance options you'll need. The team at Tucson Subaru fulfilled every one of my expectations and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire experience. They perfectly portray the brand image one would expect from Subaru and have created a very relaxed family friendly atmosphere. Salesperson Steve Norris greeted me while I was looking at a used WRX wagon. He adept answered my questions and indulged me by allowing me to take multiple test drives of different cars, even to the family business so i could see if a stroller and child seat could fit in the car! I wound up buying a brand new Subaru because I learned how well Subarus retain they're value over time. I was eventually greeted by Loren Henry the sales manager who had helped some family friends purchase their multiple Subarus. Both Loren and Steve were great at answering my probably seemingly endless questions and reassured me during the finance process that everything was going okay. They worked to help find me potential discounts on the car and wound up using a recent college graduate discount to help me save money! Curt McHenry helped handle my finance processing and was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to help me build a financing and options package that suited my needs for the vehicle and my budget. Car buying is always a long process but they accommodated us wonderfully and they are even pet friendly offering food and water for our dog! I couldn't be more happy with my purchase from Tucson Subaru and I love my new car. Everywhere I go people stop me and tell me how much they love their Subarus and how much I'm going to love mine, I've never had that with any other car. To top it off they even gave my fiancee a dozen roses when we took possession of the car! I definitely look forward to working with Tucson Subaru in the future to maintain my awesome new car! More

We were just given an offer from my current Lexus dealer that was impossible to refuse. Tucson Subaru makes the car buying experience actually fun. I have bought many cars over the years. I love cars and I especially love new cars. However, buying cars has always been a hassle. I've always had to I have bought many cars over the years. I love cars and I especially love new cars. However, buying cars has always been a hassle. I've always had to get through the hours at the dealership, the back and forth and all the pushy sales people trying to squeeze every last dime out out of my budget, before I actually get to the enjoyment of having a new car. At Tucson Subaru this is not the case. This was my second purchase from Tucson Subaru and both experiences were a perfect 10 out of 10. Both times I did my research before I shopped. I knew what my trade-in should be worth and what I should expect to pay for the new vehicle. When Tucson Subaru sent me their offer it exceeded my expectations for both values. The staff and sales people are very responsive, friendly and good at their business. My wife and I actually live about 130 miles from this dealer. We have to pass 3 other Subaru dealers to get to Tucson Subaru. Definitely worth the trip. More

Prior to stopping in I obtained a quote for my trade-in which I thought was very reasonable and Tucson Subaru matched it for me so I didnt have to deal with the hassle of it all. They also were able to get me a better rate on a loan than I would have received through my credit union, even after their automatic payment rate deduction. I am just pleased about all aspects of the purchase and would highly recommend stopping here first if you are looking for something new or used. The folks here are true professionals. This is honestly the first time I have bought a car and not felt swindled or pressured in some way. Ill be coming back here for future purchases! Excellent job. More
