One thing I do not understand, however, is why the team blocks off the portal for service appointments until 8 am sharp, when they open. Customers that have arrived are forced to queue up in the driveway extending out to Oracle, instead of pulling into the shade-covered service portal, which can accommodate 8-10 cars. This observation had nothing to do with my customer service experience today, which was very good. And hot coffee, too. More
