Service with a smile I scheduled service for my 2013 Outback because of a problem with the driver's window failing to raise and lower. Jay Rau (J.J.) helped me make a cho I scheduled service for my 2013 Outback because of a problem with the driver's window failing to raise and lower. Jay Rau (J.J.) helped me make a choice of trouble shooting the problem instead of my wanting to replace the window actuator. I've had other vehicles that needed the motor (actuator) on the door window replaced. Turned out to be a reprogramming task that fixed the issue and at a much reduced cost. J.J. found, during the courtesy inspection of the vehicle, the brake fluid was fouled and needed to be flushed and replaced. Another great experience at Tucson Subaru. J.J. along with all of the other sales and service staff I've interacted with over the years go the extra mile to make the customer happy! More
Excellent service I came to the dealership with a low tire pressure warning on my dash. Tires had all been checked prior to this and they were filled to maximum pressur I came to the dealership with a low tire pressure warning on my dash. Tires had all been checked prior to this and they were filled to maximum pressure and still the light was on. Mechanics found a nail in my left front tire which was repaired free of charge to me. Service was quick and thorough. Everyone was helpful and polite. Thank you! More
