Hello, my name is Scott Gregg and I am the service manager here at Tucson Subaru. I wanted to write to apologize for what happened on your first service visit here. That is certainly not the way we intend to do business. I embarrassed to say and have to admit that we definitely dropped the ball in your case and I am very sorry. I have spoken with everyone involved and counseled them on what to do to make sure this doesn't happen again. Uber is something we are somewhat new to and I am trying to get everyone accustomed to using it more. It would have been perfect to get you taken care of.
