Please work on your shuttle service communication I have been very happy with my Subaru purchase. Yesterday I took my car in for its first service. I was completely unsatisfied. It was going to take longer than I thought which was not a problem at all. They offered me a shuttle and gave me a ride home. They told me once my car was complete they would put me on a shuttle board for a ride. A long story short, I waited 2 hours and called once requesting an ETA. I was given no answers and ended up getting my own ride to the dealer. Upon arrival, the service person states they sometime use Uber. Uber was never offered to me, they were not very apologetic and still did not have an answer as to why they could not give me an ETA or anything. I hope my next experience is better because I won't own a car with a crappy service department. More

While there I fell in love with a 2018 Subaru with a Jasmine color. Wow ! A salesman offered to help but i said we were only looking cuz we were picking up our own Subaru. After a ride in the NEW subaru.....I was smitten ! But I wasn't dressed to go buy a new car!!!! Long story made short.....our salesman, Peter Thomas answered our questions & though we weren't sure of our emotions,,,,,we took our new Jasmin green Subaru home with us. Our 2nd Subaru......happiness ! More

Came for an Oil Change Our Outback was scheduled for service, and we came to Tucson Subaru to do the deed. But when we got there, we decided to test drive a Crosstrek. We had been talking for months about replacing our Saturn Aura. Steve Willis was very accommodating, taking us out on a test drive, and a couple hours later we left with a Crosstrek to go with our Outback. He is great in finding out what is wrong and gets me involved if it is a new problem like needing a n I have dealt with Dan Ford for 5 years or more.
