First service for used car This was the first service for our used 2004 Forester which we purchased from the Subaru dealer. We also purchased the bumper to bumper warranty with the car. The service was great and Marcos was great to work with. The technician discovered a crack in the radiator (not covered under the bumper to bumper warranty) and Marcos was helpful in working with us to show us the problem. He texted photos of the engine. We also went in to see the problem first hand. Marcos worked with us to find a non-Subaru replacement to keep the repair cost down. We are grateful for his help and that the technician found the problem before it became an issue of an overheated engine. More
