Sales didn’t really sell us on anything. We already knew what we wanted and they were unable to help us out on price. Financing was great, Joey helped us out. I recently purchased a 2026 grand Highlander from Braintree Toyota. I had great experience working with the dealership’s Sales manager Carlos Ortega. This is the second vehicle my husband and I purchased from Carlos. We specifical came back because of our no hassle transaction on our 2024 Venza. I’d recommend the dealership to friends and family. In 2025, I was shopping for a new Camry. I ended up talking with sales people from five different Toyota dealerships in Eastern Mass. Toyota of Braintree was easily the best. Sam Zaidan and I ended up talking with sales people from five different Toyota dealerships in Eastern Mass. Toyota of Braintree was easily the best. Sam Zaidan and Phil Le were very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and honest. They did not resort to the all-too-common pressure-filled auto sales stunts. They were a pleasure to work with and the deals on my new car and trade-in were very reasonable and fair. In my many years of buying cars, Sam and Phil are easily the best! I highly recommend them both! More
