As stated in your review, yes we do not replace batteries under warranty because it is a wear and tear item. These are restrictions put in place by BMW Corporate. At Tulley BMW we strive for a suburb experience for all our customers, even under tight circumstances. We offered to work with you to help ease the situation, but a full replacement is not covered.
