They tried manipulating us every chance they got. We agreed on a price on 3 different times and we arrived the deal was complety different. He tried to sell us all kinds of options but I declined and told him I didn’t want anything but the factory warranty. He said ok, and had us sign some papers. After that, I said our original price is the same right, and he said yes and repeated the price . We then got a letter in the mail trying to make us sign to a new agreement with an extended warranty. I called serval times and it went back and forth forever until David finally called me back . He then said no problem I will take the warranty off can I sign you initials. Furthermore, when we asked for a copy of the diagnostics we paid for, we were flat out refused and were told the suggested services were all we could have. We left and went to the other Hyundai dealer in the area and had a far better experience. This is very disappointing and a far cry from the experience I had with Tulsa Hyundai 8-10 years ago with a different Hyundai Sonata with the same problems. More
