People came in and they were in and out and I was still sitting there. I was given a part for my wife’s new car that we had been waiting on since the first week of August. We were told they had it then told they never got an order for it and then told they were waiting for it to arrive and they told us at this appointment that they lost it. However at no point since Aug did anyone in the service center reach out to put it on the car. So they sent it home with me to put on my wife’s car. In a few words frustrating and poor communication. Very slow service for something which was very routine, changing the oil and rotating the tires. Coming from being a Lexus customer to owning a Genesis. Stephen the service advisor was great! Very attentive informative and nice personality. I thought the service area was Very crowded. Not many comfy seats but most are tall chairs with tables which not many people need. Maybe when the Genesis building is done the area will be more in par with the likes of Lexus/Audi service areas. The service here was terrible. The staff acted like you weren’t there half the time and when you did get their attention, they didn’t know enough to help you. I went in to have my car serviced and had to call FOUR TIMES before being able to talk to an actual person for an ETA on when my car would be done even though I was told they’d update me regularly. I’d go to the Hyundai dealership in Broken Arrow; never had a bad experience there. More
