Coming from being a Lexus customer to owning a Genesis. Stephen the service advisor was great! Very attentive informative and nice personality. I thought the service area was Very crowded. Not many comfy seats but most are tall chairs with tables which not many people need. Maybe when the Genesis building is done the area will be more in par with the likes of Lexus/Audi service areas. I had an appointment at 2:45 showed up a little early and still waited over 2 hours for my oil change no one communicated with me except to tell me there was a charge but my car came with service for the fir still waited over 2 hours for my oil change no one communicated with me except to tell me there was a charge but my car came with service for the first 3 years. People came in and they were in and out and I was still sitting there. I was given a part for my wife’s new car that we had been waiting on since the first week of August. We were told they had it then told they never got an order for it and then told they were waiting for it to arrive and they told us at this appointment that they lost it. However at no point since Aug did anyone in the service center reach out to put it on the car. So they sent it home with me to put on my wife’s car. In a few words frustrating and poor communication. They didn’t hook everything back together. I left my car w them having no lights on. I pick up my car and my check engine light was on. Like cmon.
