I have over 7 years of experience using T 100% satisfied with the automotive services and exceptional customer service of Tynan's Nissan in Aurora. I have over 7 years of experience using Tynan's for all recommended services. I purchased my Nissan Altima at Tynan’s too. I feel very comfortable with their service recommendations, as well as with the quality of service that they provide. The whole staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The team works well together. I have had friendly exchanges with nearly all staff members. They present diagnostics and recommendations by text and in person on tablets. Their recommendations are sound with no high-pressure. Their lobby is comfortable with free wifi. Because of my long relationship with Tynan’s, I have my own regular advisor, Luke Clearwater. He is honest and knows auto mechanics well! He knows Harleys too. I trust him. He’s never led me wrong. (See pic) Their prices are competitive and they offer discounts on major jobs. Tynan's has allowed me to keep my vehicle and use it for intense work-related driving for more years than would be normal. Kevy More

I come here all the time to get my Sentra services and the last time I came in I didn’t get very good service. I was so disappointed that I just didn’t want to come back. I’m glad that I did! I got really excellent service and listened to the areas that were concerning me as well as let me know of the areas that my vehicle needed maintenance. I had an urgent need for service on my Xterra and seriously thought my engine was going to explode, and the service team was able to get me in right away! Big shoutout to Luke and Cameron, they were seriously thought my engine was going to explode, and the service team was able to get me in right away! Big shoutout to Luke and Cameron, they were amazing to work with and were so accommodating and helpful! I always get so anxious and stressed and panicked when I'm faced with car issues, but they were so calming and reassuring and explained everything to me thoroughly throughout the entire process. Especially Cameron, to be honest I couldn't follow half of what he was saying when he was walking through the diagnosis of my car but I was insanely impressed by his extensive knowledge and confidence and just trusted everything he was saying hahah! And Luke is so friendly and warm, he put me at ease and took care of me so quickly from beginning to end! And my car feels good as new. Good customer service is hard to come by these days but Cameron and Luke are a rarity and I'm so grateful for their help during a stressful time. Highly recommend! More
