I sent an appointment with Kadin and I even called the day before to confirm that our appointment is at the next morning. He responded of course and I’ll look forward to seeing you. The next morning I show up, no Kadin, just a bunch of unprofessional sales people around. I Expressed the exact vehicle that I’m looking for, and the sales person literally googled a brochure for that vehicle to see if it has equipment that I’m looking for. On top of that, this sales person that I worked with made me sit for about 20 to 30 minutes while they re-search the equipment and options in a certain vehicle. Isn’t it your job to have product knowledge? When speaking to Kadin over the phone, he said that he wanted to serve me at the highest level… well a no call/no show to the appointment I wouldn’t consider the highest level. The person who actually helped me out I can’t even remember his name.. that’s how little of an impact this dealership made on me. I’ve been to numerous car dealerships in the past, but will never EVER go back to this one, even if it was the last one in the world and I really needed a vehicle. I would take a horse and carriage over going to this dealership. Ultimately, I was very put off with the dealership and sales staff and walked away without even driving any vehicle. It’s too bad that a family owned dealership has come down to this. Based off of other reviews as well, the service department isn’t too hot either. More
