The radio is now fixed and working better then ever plus our turn signals had kind of got hazy and they where not covered by our extended service plan, but Luke and the team at Tynan's went to bat for us with Nissan and they agreed to help with that repair as well. I got a call within 48 hours that they were able to receive the part sooner and the work was done. I didn’t even expect them to look for it sooner, so that blew my mind a little. Probably like 30 minutes later, my name was called to tell me the inspection was done, and it would be only another 10ish minutes. I was probably in and out within an hour, which was a welcome surprise. He also honored the coupon that I accidentally left at home, which was above and beyond. This organization is 100% consistent when it comes to delivering a great product for the service customer. I find myself repeating my reviews because Tynan's Nissan Service Department is always top notch each and every time I'm there for vehicle service. The phone call to Luke Clearwater is always easy and he understands what I'm trying to say about my Xterra. When I show up, Luke and his guys are completely prepared for my appointment. The check-in process is a breeze. I also notice that my vehicle is gone into a service bay less than 5 minutes after I start checking in with Luke. That is fast!! I'm amazed how accurate Luke is with his time estimate for my appointment. And I don't mean a 5 hour estimate for what I know is 2 hour job. So, I get a reasonable time estimate, and then the service department goes to work and nearly always beats the completion estimate. And by the way, they're not rushing the work to meet the time estimate. How do I know? I never have to return the Xterra because the job was rushed. These guys do the repair/service correctly the first time. And I need to mention that the entire Service Writer crew and staff in the Service Department are always courteous and genuinely friendly. They all do a lot to lessen the hassle of taking a vehicle in for service. I could visit another Nissan dealership much closer to my home, and save about 15 miles driving versus Tynan's Nissan. But I drive those extra miles because the Tynan's experience is just worth it. More
