Poor Customer Service @ the Service Center Am an owner of Suzuki XL-7 bought from Tynan’s but every time I bring it for service, am alway made to feel out of place. It’d be nice to be treated Am an owner of Suzuki XL-7 bought from Tynan’s but every time I bring it for service, am alway made to feel out of place. It’d be nice to be treated with respect as I come with respect. Just tell me where to take this car for service if you do not want to deal with it. I lcan’t remember the name of the last person I dealt with, but my last service experience was my worst ever. My engine light was ON just after about 500mikes after the last oil change, I was concerned & brought in the car. I was dismissed coz “we only work on Nissan, your engine light is ON coz we are not experts at resetting it” I was told by a young man not attending to my car. What was I expected to do? I was upset for the rest of the day. Please direct me to a place I can take my car for service if it is too much for you to deal with. I’ve had a Nissan car, am looking at getting another Nissan car in the future, but am not currently looking at Nissan to be honest. I’ve always experienced great customer service, but this last one .. .. was a bad experience. More

Great Customer Service I scheduled my automotive work on the phone with Adnan Hassan. He was courteous and very friendly. When I brought the truck into the shop, he greete I scheduled my automotive work on the phone with Adnan Hassan. He was courteous and very friendly. When I brought the truck into the shop, he greeted me and got all of the paperwork finished up. Then when I came to pick up the truck he had located coupon to apply to the bill. Of course, the automotive diagnostic/repair work was excellent, but Adnan's customer service made me feel like the Tynan's really values me as a customer. Nice job everyone!!! More
