I have always loved coming here because they’re so nice. But this time just felt different. They were really busy which isn’t their fault, but they were giving only 1/2 effort honestly. I needed the wheel l But this time just felt different. They were really busy which isn’t their fault, but they were giving only 1/2 effort honestly. I needed the wheel lock for my car and they said it was extremely specific to my car and they gave me the wrong one which I paid 20$ for and they won’t give me my money back. They said it would be discounted on my next service but typically my car doesn’t need any servicing and I paid for 7 oil changes so I’m not going to get that 20$ back. More

I’m okay with your dealership, however after spending $800 two weeks ago for service on our Nissan I noticed my warning light for low window wash had appeared . We’ve been loyal customers to Tynans Nissan for 8 years but had never experienced such poor customer service since we started coming here. We had an appointment for an oil change and transmission fluid exc but had never experienced such poor customer service since we started coming here. We had an appointment for an oil change and transmission fluid exchange and we were told it would take 2 hours. We were surprised at the lack of communication throughout the appointment when the service took over 4 hours to complete. When staff were inquired about the process, there was no explanation other than it would be done soon. Staff seemed uncaring and irritated that they were being asked. We just ask for professionalism. Don’t say something is going to take 2 hours when it’s going to take 4 hours. If there’s been an unexpected delay, then communicate the reason for the delay instead of avoiding the customer and acting irritated when the customer asks about the length of time. All the past times we’ve come here, we were cordially updated in person and over the phone throughout the process. If there were delays, it was communicated. This was consistent for the 8 years we’ve been coming here. This time was completely different. It was as though we came to a different place. When I called to make the appointment, the person I spoke to over the phone asked me to repeat myself several times because he would be talking to someone else while I was talking. I called again a few days later to see if I could make adjustments to the original appointment time and the same individual answered. He ended up doing the same thing he did a few days earlier where he would be talking to someone in the shop while talking to me resulting in asking me to repeat myself. I didn’t feel valued and I felt there was a lot of mismanagement going on. I feel the quality and customer service has drastically changed overall. It is amazing how 4 hours of terrible customer service can completely overturn 8 years of good, quality service. More
As expected, my experience with Tynan Nissan Dealership was great! My air conditioner went out on my car & with these extremely hot days, I needed it! Rich was able to get me an appointment quickly.
