The service department was very nasty to me when I came in to see why my battery wouldn’t start. I had been there two times and they thought that because I was a black persons. I was trying to get someth in to see why my battery wouldn’t start. I had been there two times and they thought that because I was a black persons. I was trying to get something for free. I told them at the end that I would pay for a battery but I just wanted to make sure I could help my elderly parent in the midst of a pandemic. I bought my car in aurora at Tynan Nissan. The Service Department was extremely courteous. Upon arrival at the service entrance, I was greeted and directed to the service desk. Once there, Richard, the representatve gathered the necessary vehicl arrival at the service entrance, I was greeted and directed to the service desk. When the service was completed, Richard phoned me to let me know that my car was ready for pickup. Next, he explained the extent of the repairs, etc. On a scale of 1-10 ( 10 being highest), I would rate the service process as a 10. More
