Blood from a stone. Service rep lied straight up. I was told by Brian that my windshield had no sticker recording my last oil change. He suggested I get an oil change. When I got in my car just as I s I was told by Brian that my windshield had no sticker recording my last oil change. He suggested I get an oil change. When I got in my car just as I suspected, the sticker from the dealership where I had the oil changed was in place. I do not like being lied to. More

Oil Change Incompetence I took my Rogue to Tynan’s for an oil change Saturday. By Tuesday there was about half a quart of oil on my garage floor. Thank God I barely drove it I took my Rogue to Tynan’s for an oil change Saturday. By Tuesday there was about half a quart of oil on my garage floor. Thank God I barely drove it on the days in between. I brought the car back to them and they fixed it (as far as I can tell) but they were rather nonchalant about the fact that their technician didn’t tighten the cap enough so it wouldn’t leak. Now I get to clean up an oil slick the length of my car from my garage floor. Why pay the dealer $20 more for an oil change when I can go to Jiffy Lube and not have to degrease my garage afterwards? More
