We bought a 2021 Atlas last August. It has had to be serviced 3 times and it still isn’t complete. We have another appointment on Feb. 22nd for a new module to be replaced. The service center tells us serviced 3 times and it still isn’t complete. We have another appointment on Feb. 22nd for a new module to be replaced. The service center tells us all checks out fine and with more discussion from us they finally decide to do something. Hopefully they are doing the right thing. Also have had problems with the brakes, they apparently cleaned the brake rotors, then replaced the front and rear pads. Brakes still squeaking some. Other problems take several conversations to be addressed. It would also be helpful to have someone who is knowledgeable to help us with the features so we can use them. Haven’t been able to get there yet. We had scheduled an appointment for service that took over a month to get in. When we took it in for the appointment we were told it would be about a week to bellowed at. What good dues an appointment do. We were told they were behind. We left it so the it could be looked at, no offer for a loaner available. More

I had bought a 2008 Volkswagen Jetta in July of 2020. Where do I begin? Has NEVER passed an emissions test, which I was told to unplug the headlights allowed them to do it for me and STIIL hasn’t passed Where do I begin? Has NEVER passed an emissions test, which I was told to unplug the headlights allowed them to do it for me and STIIL hasn’t passed to this day, hole blew in my transmission almost a year ago and is currently sitting at the dealership and having to fight about getting it fixed, I was told when I bought it that there was not a warranty then found out about 3-4 months ago, September 17th, 2021 if I do recall correctly, that I had a warranty. And finally, after having in my possession for 1 month, the ignition needed to be replaced. This is unacceptable in ANY kind of company. More
