The appointment they give is too long about two weeks and they don’t do their job honestly.. my car is relatively new.. I know it is under manufacture warranty and it should have no problem at this point..Th they don’t do their job honestly.. my car is relatively new.. This service center did complete the job in less time than expected. But I was frustrated with how my car warranty was handled and the overall teamwork with the warranty and service center, in costumer s than expected. But I was frustrated with how my car warranty was handled and the overall teamwork with the warranty and service center, in costumer service. I was told I should only pay a $100 dollar deductible. I showed up and they were trying to charge the whole job. I said it wasn't right and had to wait another day. Then returning the next day I was further inconvenienced with the charge still being over the $100 deductible and nothing provided by Volkswagen to lessen my agrivation. More
