The new car prep, wasn't well done. I had to remove glue around both rear windows. It took 3 appointments to get my side mirror fixed. the first time they had my car, they said it would take 1 week for the repairs. I called 5 times the day I needed my car back and each time the same wome first time they had my car, they said it would take 1 week for the repairs. I called 5 times the day I needed my car back and each time the same women answered and told me she would call me back with an update - she never called back. the last time i called someone else answered and was able to immediately tell me i could come get my car but the mirror wasn’t done being painted. I needed my car back so I had to pick it up before they could replace my mirror. the second time I brought it in they were able to fix it but they painted it the wrong color and scratched the rim of one of my wheels. the third time was the charm! they were very nice and understanding, replaced my wheel rim for free. More
