Good Service, would recommend that the service desk personnel remind the customers who are getting a trans service that it will more than likely take all day for that service to be done. I will only rate the service department. Tom and Cauthen were great to work with when my 2010 Tiguan needed service. Price of service was great too. I checked around with 7 other shops and all were within the same price range. I’ve been taking my VW here for service for 5 years. However, if I could review the sales team I would give it one star. I did not work directly with the sales team, I only overheard a conversation between two sales members. The conversation between the two members concerned only targeting people with bad credit for advertisements. The entire conversation sounded predatory and didn’t leave me with a sense that the sales team would have a buyer’s best interest at heart. This type of interaction further leads me to believe that Tesla’s sales model is the future and dealerships are on the way out. More

Benny is awesome! I worked with someone else today, not sure of his name but he was at the Service counter. I received great service on Saturday for my oil change, and was pleasantly surprised with the sure of his name but he was at the Service counter.
