I recently visited Tynan's for a repair on my car's gear shift selector and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and provided excellent customer service. They were always polite and willing to answer my questions. However, I was disappointed with the time it took to complete the repairs. When I brought my car in, I was told it would take about four days. Unfortunately, this turned into three weeks. It was only after my car had been there for a week and I mentioned rescheduling that they offered me a loaner vehicle. I would appreciate more accurate time estimates in the future and for loaner vehicles to be offered sooner rather than later. Overall, while the service was friendly, the delays were quite frustrating. More
