I was not pressured in any way to handle things that were in need of repair. I was given the information and it was completely up to me as to what issues were addressed. I appreciate you treating people like they have the intelligence to make educated decisions instead of being pressured into taking care of things that aren’t necessarily an issue at the moment. The service writer was very kind, understanding and did not try to sway decisions in any way. He was very responsive and helped me in any way he could.
