This was a terrible first experience with this dealership's service department. The only reason I brought my car there was because the dealer where I bought my car said they would need it for 2-3 dealership's service department. The only reason I brought my car there was because the dealer where I bought my car said they would need it for 2-3 days to complete the recall service. Tynan's said they would only need my car for one day. I dropped it off, they said they'd call me when it was done, then called me 3-4 hours later saying they couldn't do it in one day and it would be three days. If they had been honest and organized up front I would have taken it elsewhere. Then on day 3 I called to check when I could pick it up and they said it would be two MORE days (for a total of 5 days) and they had not even begun any work (on day 3). And since it was a Saturday, their shuttle (which they promised they would send to pick me up, even on Saturday) wasn't running. They only redeeming part of this terrible experience was Ron the shuttle driver. He was a pleasure to chat with on both rides to and from the dealer. Be very skeptical of the service department's promises of when your call will be ready. More
