Excellent experience all around It was time for a new truck and Tyson was recommended by a family member so I had a look. I met Tim my first stop in and he was easy going through whole time. We took a very quick test drive around the block knowing I was not in any position that day to make a decision. I went back for a follow up and he was able to continue with me and we worked out a great deal and I ended up with a new Ram truck. Closing the deal and going thru the document portion was equally as smooth and NO high pressure for add ons. It was all sensible. Great experience all around. More

Service Had my vehicle serviced several times within 30 days. My tie rod broke putting a whole in my engine block. Chrysler got involved and took Tyson’s word over their consumer. I’m without a van that’s only 5 years old and I’m fed up with their lies. I have all of my paperwork to prove the amount of work that was done to my vehicle. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. More
