A 1 Customer Service Oh my golly. I went in to get an oil change on my Dodge Dart and came out with a Jeep Patriot. Mike Murray was fantastic. Got the best custo Oh my golly. Good experience but trade-in value negotiation was a struggl Ok experience but don't know if I will return again. Could of done better on trade-in value. It was stated car was recently detailed but it was dirty Ok experience but don't know if I will return again. Could of done better on trade-in value. It was stated car was recently detailed but it was dirty inside & out. They washed it after sale and it was still dirty. Found a crack in the windshield that they replaced at no cost to me but how could you put a vehicle on the lot like that. I have had much better experiences in the past. They still have some improvement to do on the sales end. Finance manager was great. More
