Within 5 minutes he located exactly what we were looking for. I was very happy that we didn’t have to special order it. The Jeep we wanted was not at the dealership and I didn’t think we could wrap it up in one day. To my surprise, Mike made it happen today and it wasn’t a long day. The negotiations went fast because he was upfront about cost and trade in value on our old Jeep. We went home for the afternoon and when Mike called us to come back everything was handled!
