Refreshing after playing games at other dealerships What can I say. I wasted 3 afternoons at other dealerships looking for a specific Ram. Reluctantly, I gave Tyson a call and spoke with Andy Babb and he assured me that if I came in, they would be different. I laughed, but I needed a truck so I had to "play the game". Or so I thought. from the moment I walked into Tyson it was a different experience. Genuine friendliness from everyone (not just fake sales people) and Andy and I hit it off right away. The best part was, I told him a price that I needed to be at, and despite every other dealership I went to playing the back and forth game for two hours, Andy and his GM actually got me what I asked for without the games. I've purchased a number of cars in my life and I've NEVER been in and out of a dealership, happy and with a truck that had MORE than I wanted for a price lower than I expected so quickly. Everyone from Andy, to their GM and their finance people were incredible. If you're in the market for any vehicles they sell, your crazy not to give them a chance. Thanks again to the entire staff at Tyson. You seriously made my day by being a different kind of dealership and took the frustrations out of car buying for me. More

Wonderful experience I knew what I wanted when I entered Tyson, and I knew it might be hard to find. I walked in the front door and was greeted by Jason Beltran. I told him what I wanted, and he began immediately searching for my future car. He found one about 100 miles away. I took a test drive, filled out the paperwork, and returned two days later to pick up my car. Jason made car buying the most comfortable experience ever. He was laid-back, competent, and thorough. I could not believe how easy he made the entire experience. Kudos to Jason, and to the staff at Tyson Motors. More

I asked if they had good relations with other Chrysler dealerships in order to make a trade. Their offer was satisfactory to me with the discount offered and the trade-in value. I simply wanted a vehicle that didn't have a bunch of options that weren't necessary to me. Bob called within an hour and confirmed the vehicle was available and detailed the purchase for me line by line. More

Me and my husband had visited other Jeep dealerships for 2 months and made some phone calls regarding their web specials of the car, at the end we said NO to each one due to inconsistencies with the web pricing and actual pricing of the car on site or some won't even entertain our offer. We don't like to waste our time heading to Tyson Motors since we are ~ 21 Miles away from them so we decided to email/call and provide our specific needs before heading out to the dealership. Mr .Larry Holcombe was our guy!!! Very professional, did not push the product and was very patient. My husband is very particular with EVERYTHING and Larry made sure he had addressed all my husbands’ questions. We were very happy at the end of our purchase, he made everything possible to meet our needs/demands and the management made sure the little issues we had with the car was addressed before we signed the dotted line. Even days after our purchase, Larry answered by husbands questions via text or call. Also, Mr.Brian James from the financial services provided great service despite us calling him days after our purchase regarding price matching. After 2-3 weeks later went back to have a undercoating service for our new car and we got great service as well. Everyone at Tyson Motors Shorewood took good care of us !! The owner and staff have all worked with us to the end until we are satisfied customers. And for that a big thumbs up and 5 star service for their excellent customer service. Thank you! More
