Mike was a very professional and knowledgeable about my new Jeep. I was not going to come back to Tysons due to Jim Kinney not being there anymore but heard thru my niece that her father-in-law worked the new Jeep. Rex was an excellent saleman. He really helped me with finding the exact truck I wanted, and was always ready to answer any questions I asked. The only negative experience I had was that when I got the tr finding the exact truck I wanted, and was always ready to answer any questions I asked. The only negative experience I had was that when I got the truck home I noticed that while they had cleaned the truck for me there were still multiple dirty spots including mud on the steering column and a dirt film on the back seats. Other then that I had no complaints. More

I must say, this man really knows how to charm his customers! He actually likes them enough to take their personal information that was provided to purchase their vehicle and look them up on Facebook customers! He actually likes them enough to take their personal information that was provided to purchase their vehicle and look them up on Facebook to ask them out! Especially his customers 20 years younger!! This is very unprofessional and I’m appalled that management lets it happen. Keep your daughters out of this dealership. More
