Kendall Hearns worked with me on a USED Lexus IS250 I saw on Cars.com. Anything I ask for he delivered the same day. I live 327 miles from Washington IL. So I wanted to be darn sure I wasn't driving to look at junk ( as I did with a Porsche Dealer in Farmington Hills MI). The car was BETTER than he described..... and the sales manager called me personally to talk about the Lexus and offered me another $600.00 off the car is it drove out nice and I was happy with it. And he said they required a $500.00 deposit to hold the car till I got there in the next 4 days. But they will refund me the $500.00 if the car is not what I expected. ( that was a game changer for me ) I took the chance and drove the 5 hours to Washington Il. and the car was ready and sitting in a special viewing area waiting for me. Kendall was spot on... I fell in love with that Lexus......drove it....loved it.... BOUGHT IT that day ! I DONT WORK for Uftring........... trust me. I''m a 61yo Grandpa in Lansing Mi. And I will be back ! More

On this occasion, I also appreciated Randy and Ken working ahead to get all the paperwork ready so we could efficiently complete our purchase and enjoy learning all about our new car.
