Finance guy is overly pushy and was telling me how bad the NEW car I was buying would be down the road, pulling out repair bills that he had conveniently ready to show me. The guy actually had me second guessing my decision to purchase, by giving me doubts about Chevy quality. Everything was fine up to this point, but all I remember is the incredibly rude finance guy. I won’t be back to this dealership to buy a car. Dealer manager empathized and apologized for my experience, but reading other reviews, I see things haven’t changed. Too bad, as I’d prefer to keep my business close to home. More

We were looking for a reliable affordable used car for my mom. Kyle and Roger are amazing. Dealership is great and even the service guys came out to introduce themselves. I will be moving my vehicle business to the Washington store from now on. We found a great car and Roger was very very knowledgeable about all the features on the car and explained them all so that my mom could understand what they did and how to use them. Great customer service and I will recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. Great Job Guys keep up the good work. YOU ROCK More

They didn't push the extended warranty or extras hard, just made them optional. They gave me a fair trade-in value and made the beginning-to-end buying experience easy. More

Nate was great to work with, got it fixed overnight, however I was unhappy that, being retired and on a fixed income, and driving all the way from Peoria because I had positive experiences before, had t however I was unhappy that, being retired and on a fixed income, and driving all the way from Peoria because I had positive experiences before, had to pay over $1,100.00 for installment of an $80.00 part. Initial reception was very friendly but process didn't execute well. Inquired about a used vehicle and staff never sent me the information. I find this pretty typical that sales depts never seems to have up-to-date info or follow up in a timely manner. Wasted a lot of time and lost the vehicle I wanted solely because of this. More

Went way outta their way for us!!! We live an hour and a half away and nick made it so comfortable over the phone so when we got there it went like butter and even the next day when i f We live an hour and a half away and nick made it so comfortable over the phone so when we got there it went like butter and even the next day when i found a terrible scratch in the door i called him and he was able to get it all taken care of for me even though the sale was already final!!!! Nick is by far the best salesman ive ever had when i bought anything ...not just a car!!! Hes the best!!! More

When we brought one of the used ones back from a test drive we visited with Joe Knapp and Nate Schneider as well and we went through comparing a brand new versus used equinox and with discounts and incentives we walked out of there with a brand new one instead and this is the 3rd vehicle i have purchased through this dealer and will continue to keep going back!
