I won’t be back to this dealership to buy a car. Dealer manager empathized and apologized for my experience, but reading other reviews, I see things haven’t changed. We were looking for a reliable affordable used car for my mom. Kyle and Roger are amazing. Dealership is great and even the service guys came out to introduce themselves. I will be moving my vehicle business to the Washington store from now on. We found a great car and Roger was very very knowledgeable about all the features on the car and explained them all so that my mom could understand what they did and how to use them. Nate was great to work with, got it fixed overnight, however I was unhappy that, being retired and on a fixed income, and driving all the way from Peoria because I had positive experiences before, had t however I was unhappy that, being retired and on a fixed income, and driving all the way from Peoria because I had positive experiences before, had to pay over $1,100.00 for installment of an $80.00 part. Initial reception was very friendly but process didn't execute well. Inquired about a used vehicle and staff never sent me the information. When we brought one of the used ones back from a test drive we visited with Joe Knapp and Nate Schneider as well and we went through comparing a brand new versus used equinox and with discounts and incentives we walked out of there with a brand new one instead and this is the 3rd vehicle i have purchased through this dealer and will continue to keep going back! The service they strive to present is excellent!!! More
