Even when pickup on a Saturday evening became a little disaster, from no part of their own, the staff stayed late enough to ensure a smooth pickup and I'm satisfied with everyone for making it happen. I'm not even in Houston anymore. But they have a customer with a referral for cool and interesting cars. More

Jovan Mauras was our sales person and was most helpful every step of the way in our purchase of the 2009 Lexus. I was honestly confused at his incompetence. It went beyond unresponsiveness to the point where he was seemingly unable to understand what I was repeatedly requesting (a written price sheet showing all in costs including tax and title, which I needed to get a cashier's check at the bank).
