Purchase was smooth and easy. Jose B. was easy to work with and friendly. Follow up is poor, have not received second key or books for vehicle as they were not available at time of purchase. Very poor experience with this dealer yesterday 5/15/21. Spent the morning talking to Kevin, agreed on the total price, the exact car (provided stock#), sent credit card authorization form. He confirmed availability of the car at 2:38pm and we arrive at 3:15pm. Clearly told him the plan was to arrive, sign paperwork, write a check, get the keys and go (no need to test drive). We arrive at the dealer and check in and wait. No Kevin. He doesn’t answer his phone. After waiting 15 minutes, go to the receptionist to understand the delay. Ten minutes later, someone comes to our table to tell us the car was sold earlier in the day. They offer to sell us another one, different color (not what we want). They ask us to wait while they try to look for another car at another dealer for which they can trade and bring to us. None available. Will be 10 days to get the same vehicle at best. What a complete waste of time. With the drive to and from the dealer as well as time there a total of 2.5 hours wasted (not to mention the time spent with Kevin discussing the car and deal earlier in the day). This gives me the impression this dealer will say anything to get you to come in the door so they have an opportunity to sell you something. Unacceptable. We contacted Hyundai of Central Florida (btw - they don’t have the ridiculous fees of >$1,200 Universal Hyundai charges) on Sunday 5/16/21 and Frank Nero was very helpful. Agreed to the deal. Confirmed vehicle was available. Went and bought the car. No issues. Stress free and honest, straight forward deal. Like it should be. More
bought A used car but I believed what was on the description of having a back up camera. that I need and had installed on my trade-in. I was not allowed to take my radio out and is seemed ok since t description of having a back up camera. that I need and had installed on my trade-in. The dealer does not want to do anything but offer me to trade it in and get something newer with the back up camera I need. If I could leave a -50 rating I would More
No real service was performed other than a recall check and AC issue not putting out cool air. Was told it was a great intermittent problem and would not be addressed at this time.
