Not happy with end results Matt was great to start out, but towards the end of signing papers he turned into the TYPICAL salesman. Never have I ever bought a used car for it to Matt was great to start out, but towards the end of signing papers he turned into the TYPICAL salesman. Never have I ever bought a used car for it to be given to me with an empty tank of gas and no floor mats. He didn't show me around the dealership for future reference as when I need oil changes, etc and he even told me to call him directly to schedule appointments as the service departments is awful answering phone calls. I love my car, but Universal Hyundai is on my NO GO list. More
