They do not care about customers, they care about the sales I bought a couple cars here but for sure I never return to Universal Hyundai. I was there with my wife tried to buy a car, they gave us the car with I bought a couple cars here but for sure I never return to Universal Hyundai. I was there with my wife tried to buy a car, they gave us the car without financial approval and uses our credit without permission. They did 28 inquires and destroyed our credit. I do not recommended these irresponsible people here. If you need a car do not trust people here. More

Customer Service No explanation of all the vehicles gadgets. Vehicle was finally purchased after dark gas tank was quite empty. As a single woman I do not like stopping for gas after dark . Still receiving texts from finance department about not signing all papers. Been there twice to buy, than to exchange key fobs, texts started right after I left. When I drove all the way home they wanted me to return about paperwork. I live about forty miles from dealership. Salesman was very patient. Gas issue was ridiculous , my trade had gas.. Probably don’t care customer service is lacking. More
