They moved cars in the lot and in the showroom to allow me to drive the G90. I even drove a G 80 first to compare. They were very knowledgeable and not pushy. They eagerly sought every discount after reducing their price. I have worked with them since 2008 maintaining and servicing my vehicles. The salesman, Carlos DeJesus was fantastic. Very Shady Business - Don't Go There I should have listened to my gut instinct and walked out of there instead of taking what I thought was a good deal on a new car even though I wasn't h I should have listened to my gut instinct and walked out of there instead of taking what I thought was a good deal on a new car even though I wasn't happy with how they treated me. They got me in there under false pretenses and then acted like they were doing me a huge favor when they went back on their word. I left with an agreement on a new car and a bad feeling in my stomach and I should have listened to that because there were two days between signing the contract and picking up the car and somehow between the test drive where everything was great and taking the car off the lot something went wrong. I've had to take my BRAND NEW CAR to a service station twice in the two days that I've had it which is very suspicious. I don't know if they don't respect me because I'm black or because they know I don't like how they treated me but something happened to my car between the test drive and me driving it off the lot and I now have to deal with the national branch to figure out what's happening. Even if you think you're getting a good deal (which they're also probably lying about by the way) it's not worth the hassle. More

Very knowledgeable about the mechanics , electronic gadgets as well as the terms of purchasing/lease . He patiently answered all my questions and guided me again through every step of the process. A few hours later I drove off in my 4th new vehicle from Universal Hyundai happy as a clam! No pressure, no hassle, no worries. They will work with you anyway they can. Highly recommend to anyone stressed with car issues. It's a game changer! More

Universal Hyundai Does Not Honor Web Site Prices My purchase was a 2019 Kona bought on March 5th. I found that car on the Universal Hyundai web site at $21,800.00. I submitted an offer and requested My purchase was a 2019 Kona bought on March 5th. I found that car on the Universal Hyundai web site at $21,800.00. I submitted an offer and requested a test drive. I received am email from Coral Diaz telling me the appointment was all set and I should tell the receptionist my name so she could give my information to the sales person. All went well with my salesperson Luis Arevalo. I test drove the very car from the internet and ended up buying it. I was handed over to the financial person Jon C who tried to up sell me with some offers. I said no repeatedly. He looked very agitated and finally gave up. This made me very upset. All I wanted to do is sign the stack of papers and get out of there. Except for the financial part all was good. When I got home I called my insurance company and put the Kona on my account. The insurance agent told me to expect the updated statements and an insert for a rebate. I just had the send in a copy of the purchase agreement. A few days later I got the rebate form and made a copy of the purchase agreement. This is when I notice I was charged the full sticker price of $24,670.00 not the $21,800.00. This is my fault for not reading before signing but I still think it's very dishonest of Universal Hyundai. If you buy a car there just be sure to double check the paper work. I have learned a very expensive lesion that I will never forget. More
