No anxiety here! I have been to dealerships before leaving frustrated and bullied. I developed anxiety when even just thinking of buying a car. Universal Hyundai chang I have been to dealerships before leaving frustrated and bullied. I developed anxiety when even just thinking of buying a car. Universal Hyundai changed that for me. I purchased a "phat" car without ever feeling pressured! I absolutely enjoyed my experience. They had the car of my dreams. The staff was friendly without being pushy. Steve was so knowledgeable about the car I was purchasing and he was there for any questions I had without being overbearing. Robert in finance was entertaining, soothing, and made signing a contract a completely pleasurable expierence. Thanks again for being the car dealership that made buying a car for me enjoyable. More
