Best Experience EVER!!! I've had the WORST time trying to find a car.. then I decided I wanted to go check out Hyundais.. I had one when I was in High School (Hyundai Excel!) I've had the WORST time trying to find a car.. then I decided I wanted to go check out Hyundais.. I had one when I was in High School (Hyundai Excel!) so after work I decided to stop by and take a test drive. I was met by Abraham Hernandez who LISTENED to me and got me exactly what I was looking for. He took em out to the lot and showed me every part of the car, from the engine to the trunk and everything in between... I have own several cars in my years and this by far has been the BEST experience yet! I got a car I LOVE, at the payment I was looking for and could not be happier. I kept Abraham's card, but have passed out about 3 others and haven't stopped talking about my experience. It's almost like he cared about what I WANTED and not what the dealership NEEDED to sell like I've found at other places. I work in the service industry and am big on customer service.. so when I see a great example, I have to comment on it. More
