Purchase a brand new Car Top notch dealership from beginning to end. Pedro was brave enough to take me on a test drive and explain all the new technology the car had to offer Top notch dealership from beginning to end. Pedro was brave enough to take me on a test drive and explain all the new technology the car had to offer. Very knowledgeable and polite did not try to sell me something I didn't want or need. Jose made me feel like I was a member of the Universal family before I even agreed on a purchase price he also introduced me to the service department. Felix was also very easy to deal with made me very happy while I was signing on the dotted line. Juan was just great hooked up my cell phone and explained how the radio worked in addition to all the other buttons. This is the first foreign car I have ever purchased and I am so very pleased. I love love my new Hyundai I feel very safe when I am driving it. You can bet that I will be recommending Universal Hyundai and especially the team I had the pleasure of working with to family and friends. More
