He is truly knowledgeable about Hyundai and their vehicles, by ensuring that I was comfortable with the terms and with all aspects of the vehicle. I have even called on him since my purchase and he has gone above and beyond his role to ensure that I remain a happy customer. OUTSTANDING....JUST OUTSTANDING....We had contacted Bob and Kevin viva the internet and when we arrived at the dealership we were greeted in a very friendly manner by both of them. Bob set up our Iphones on the car which was a huge help to us....we had purchased a another vehicle 2 years ago from a Chevy dealer and the difference between the Chevy dealer and this dealer is like night and day...i.e. at the Chevy dealer they did not go over the manual or set up the bluetooth with us in which we were very disappointed...thus you can assume we will never go back there for a new car. Jose Riviera the finance manager did the same excellent job as Bob and Kevin...as you all know financing is not a fun deal but Jose made it that way...we thank him.. We recently went shopping for a new car. We walked in to Hyundai (this being our first stop along the way) and had a very bad experience. The sales guy was rude and would not listen to us. He informed us that I could only test drive one car that was in my price range. He said he worked off commission and would only let us drive the one we think we would be getting. We wanted to drive both to see what we wanted! Eventually he realized we weren't going to let this happen. We drove both, but he knew nothing about the cars we drove. I knew more then him from my research. We had to go to a different dealer the next day in order to get the service we wanted. More
