Will not be back for repairs. Came in to get ac coolant system fixed and was assured it was. When it was not I called back a week later , I explained as a teacher I could only come afternoons or Saturdays. system fixed and was assured it was. Terrible customer service as previous Hyundai worker would not recommend this service department. From start waiting 35 min to even be spoken to with a schedule appt. to five days In shop with little to would not recommend this service department. From start waiting 35 min to even be spoken to with a schedule appt. to five days In shop with little to no communication and find my car not sanitized and fuse box cap sitting in my door. $260, and had to wait to find out where my advisor was only to find out had to wait to find out where my car was when I texted the advisor 30 min in advance letting him know was on my day. Ohhh and now rental car company saying I didn’t drop the rental car off charging me for days!!!! More

We had laughed the week before about paying off my car and this week I had to make the quick decision to invest in a new vehicle. Chris was helpful in helping me make that final decision and also worked with the budget that I was looking for. I would recommend this dealership specifically because of him.
