Finally, he let me know that Universal Mitsubishi had the exact one I wanted with the lowest miles at the best price he'd seen. We coordinated with Tiki and set up an appointment for the following day. Patrick greeted us outside when we arrived and knew exactly who we were! We went a beautiful test drive and then were ready to sign. The dealer gave us a great price on my 2011 Honda CRV that I traded in as a down. After that, everything went smooth and by the numbers! Everyone on the team was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the process. The finance guy was a straight shooter and showed us all the different terms/options/add-ons available to us and allowed us to choose, without pressure. I couldn't believe how easy the process was and I am completely in love with my new car!
