Brandon, the service representative, met me at the agreed appointment time. He had them run diagnostics to determine the cause of the problem and ordered the replacement. Once the replacement arrived, he called and scheduled the installation. Installation went great. They took the car in promptly at the scheduled time, performed the repair and had the work completed as promised, all within two hours. Waiting room was clean, neat, and offered coffee with snacks. I would highly recommend Val Ward for services for your vehicle. More
